Google may process your IP address and the search query. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing an accurate location search). Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

6. IP-Based Geolocation

When you first visit the website without a stored location, we may use your IP address to determine your approximate geographic location via a third-party geolocation service. This is used solely to suggest a nearby default search location and is not stored beyond the current session.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a relevant default location).

7. Browser Geolocation

If you click “Use my location,” your browser will ask for permission to share your precise location. This data is sent to our server only to find nearby padel courts and is not stored. You can revoke this permission at any time in your browser settings.

9. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and approximate location (based on IP anonymization).

Data is processed by Google LLC (USA). An adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) ensure an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the USA.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent via the cookie banner). You may withdraw consent at any time.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in maintaining a stable and performant service) for anonymous error data, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent) for IP address processing.
